The founder of the Company, Mr. Sethu Raman, has a modest experience and he has been in the industry since 1987. He joined the then leading Buying Agency - French Connections in 1987 to broaden his perspective of this business. He has co-ordinated production for Levis, Dockers, S'oliver, Esprit, Tom Tailor, The Children's place, Fieldston and Fleet Street (exclusive outerwear) in the past.

In the year 2003, he formed Apparel Source as a separate entity providing sourcing, merchandising, quality assurance services mainly to American and European importers. His management skills combined with many years of invaluable experience in this industry & working with a large number of suppliers in this country allow his to practice a pre-emptive management style that adds real value to the supply chain.
